ORDERS

How many days in advance do I need to place my order?

  • We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible. We require at least 48 hours notice.

I need to cancel my order

  • We get it – stuff happens! Order cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. In case of an emergency or last-minute cancellation, your order may be partially refunded. Please email colette@culturedatx.com to request a cancellation.


PICK UP / DELIVERY

What is the delivery fee? 

  • The delivery fee is based on your delivery location and is calculated at checkout. Please check your zip code at the top of our “Shop” page to see if you are eligible for delivery. If not, we offer free pick-up. 

Where do you deliver?

  • Deliveries can be made within a 15-mile radius of our kitchen location (PREP ATX). We hand deliver directly to the address provided in the order form.

When do you deliver?

  • Boards and boxes are delivered during the scheduled delivery window time selected at checkout. This is typically a 2.5 hour window. You will receive a push notification to the contact method you provide at checkout when your order is out for delivery, as well as when it has been delivered. (see details below)

  • Grazing tables require a minimum of 1.5 hours or more of set-up time (included in price)

What if I am not home when you deliver?

  • The recipient must be available to receive the order. Our food products are made fresh daily and are very delicate. We hand deliver every order and operate on a tight delivery schedule to ensure you receive your order when you need it!

  • We send multiple notifications to the contact method provided at check out (email or text). You will receive one notification when the order has been prepared and is ready for delivery and another notification when it has been delivered.

  • Delivery will be attempted by the driver. We will knock and ring the doorbell, waiting for an allotted amount of time. If the recipient is not home to accept the delivery, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please notify your recipient & schedule the delivery based on their availability to receive the order. This is a perishable item and cannot be returned to our kitchen. 

  • If the recipient does not answer, we will leave the order in a safe place. Cultured Grazing Company is not responsible for the item after the client has been notified and the item has been delivered.

Can I pick up my board?

  • Yes! We offer scheduled pick-ups at PREP ATX, 1300 E Anderson Lane, Building D, Austin, TX 78752. 

  • Your item will be waiting for you in the lobby by the front doors at your selected pick-up time.

  • This is a great option if you want to avoid the delivery fee or cannot ensure someone will be home to accept the delivery.

I forgot to pick up my order

  • If you forgot to pick up your order, unfortunately, there is no guarantee that we can get your cheese board to you that same day. That being said, email us at colette@culturedatx.com – we may be able to help you!


PRODUCT

Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?

  • Yes! Please browse our shop page for more information. We source our vegan cheese from Rebel Cheese. 

Does a wooden board come with my order?

  • All boards come on a disposable/ reusable square or rectangular wood board. We cover the board in food-safe parchment paper.

I have a food allergy. Can you make modifications to my board?

  • We are happy to accommodate specific exclusions, but cannot guarantee replacements. You may select gluten-free crackers upon ordering. Other allergies may be noted in the notes section at checkout. 

  • However, please keep in mind that our products are created in a kitchen that processes nuts, gluten, dairy, celery, soy, garlic, and coconut and other allergens and there is a risk of cross-contamination. A reminder that most vegan cheeses are made from a nut-base, typically cashew. 

Serving tips

  • Cheese reaches optimal flavor and texture at room temperature. We recommend removing from your refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving (crudites and dips can remain refrigerated until being served). 

  • We recommend serving within 24 hours after receipt. It is best to leave the board wrapped and refrigerated to preserve freshness.
